Our bespoke joinery, cabinetry and custom furniture are produced exclusively for our turnkey design and renovation clients, ensuring every piece is made-to-measure and integrated with the wider scheme. We do not currently sell loose furniture or stock items separately.

We accept secure local and international bank transfers as well as major credit cards. Larger projects are typically structured around milestone payments aligned to design, procurement and on-site progress, all set out in your project agreement.
Each project is governed by a tailored design and build agreement covering scope, timelines, deliverables, change-management and milestone-based payments. The full contract is shared and signed before any work begins, so expectations are completely clear on both sides.
Timelines depend on scope. A focused single-room renovation may take a few weeks, while a full turnkey villa fit-out is usually delivered over several months. Once your design is signed off, we issue a detailed programme and report progress every week, so you always know exactly where your project stands.
