This newly built 16,000 sq ft villa in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, began as a complete blank canvas. We transformed it into a modern family home, pairing a calm, neutral palette with thoughtfully planned spaces that reflect the lives and personalities of our clients.

Every area was designed with purpose, balancing elegant settings for entertaining with comfortable spaces for everyday family life. From the formal dining room to the playroom, cinema room and dressing rooms, each space caters to a different aspect of family life while feeling part of one cohesive home.

Everything throughout the property was made bespoke for our clients, allowing us to tailor every detail to their needs. The result is a home that feels refined, welcoming and deeply personal, with room for every member of the family to relax, gather and enjoy.
